My aim from day one, has been to provide personalized customer service, as well as unique and high quality products that will add beauty to your interior spaces. SHIPPING

At this time, I mostly ship within Canada and to the US. However, if you are outside of these countries and would like to purchase a House North of Addis product, please contact me and I will be happy to work out a shipping quote for you.

Shipping service and schedule:

Items are shipped through Canada Post and tracking is provided for packages. I typically ship on Fridays. Therefore, depending on your location, please allow 3 to 15 business days to receive your purchase.

Waterproof packaging:

All products are shipped in a waterproof bubble mailer. Large orders may be shipped in cardboard boxes.

REFUNDS

I do not offer refunds at this time, but if you should receive an damaged item (and I sure hope you don’t!), please take a picture of it within 24 hours of reception and I will gladly replace it. I will also cover the shipping charges to return it to me, as well as to send it back to you.
